Our four month house hunting journey with Jerry began in December 2020. We connected with him about our wants and needs when looking for a home and asked him several questions in order to gage our connection with him. As someone who is skeptical of the stereotypical “pushy” agent, I can confidently say that within a quarter of a second, my partner and I got a sense that Jerry was everything but that. His caring demeanor allowed us to put forth our trust in him and the Ramos Team from the very start.

In those four months, Jerry remained professional and went the extra mile when working with us. He was thoughtful and intentional with the whole process and took every opportunity to educate us with the current market. Most importantly, he ensured that we were always comfortable and took our time in every stage of the house hunting process.Together, we all experienced disappointments on offer nights (so many of them!), but Jerry picked us right back up and remained optimistic while constantly reminding us to continue to put our “best foot forward”.
